"The Urge" rocks Hammer Summer

Kicking off their German tour, The Urge played an impressive show at the 5th "Hammer Summer" open-air music festival, setting just the right mood at the start of the event.

Thanks to their high spirits and abundant energy, John Miles Jr. and his band transported the audience straight back to the good old days of rock-n-roll.

Nearly 20,000 fans attended this major event in the heart of Hammer and cheered on the likable newcomers, who are supporting The Hooters during their European tour this year.

In addition to the excellent weather, John Miles Jr.'s rockers had something else to celebrate as well: On Friday, July 13, their debut album "Lunch at the Lady Garden" was released.

And John Miles Sr. also made the trip from Newcastle to Hamm to congratulate his son and the band.
